A: For the best viewing experience, the center of your TV should ideally be at eye level when you’re seated on the sofa. This is typically about 42-48 inches (107-122 cm) from the floor to the center of the screen, depending on your seating height. This setup reduces neck strain and creates a comfortable, immersive viewing experience.
Q: How can I install my new APPSTV QLED TV?
A: Installation is simple! Each TV comes with a user manual and mounting accessories. You can install it yourself, or opt for our professional installation service at checkout. Installation guides are also available on our website.

Shipping Related Questions
Q: What is the shipping cost?
A: We offer free shipping within Singapore on all QLED TV orders.
Q: How long does the delivery take? / Q: How long does it take to process an order?
A: For in-stock TVs and TV stands with assembly options, please allow 2-4 working days for our delivery team to contact you and arrange delivery and/or installation. Delivery times may vary during special sales or holiday seasons, in which case it could take up to 7 days. You will be notified in advance. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At the moment, we only offer shipping within Singapore.
Q: Is TV mount installation limited by height?
A: Yes, wall-mounting for TVs 65 inches or smaller is limited to a height of 180 cm from the bottom of the TV. Additional charges apply for higher installations as follows:
- 181 cm to 220 cm: Additional $20
- 221 cm to 260 cm: Additional $40
- 261 cm to 300 cm: Additional $60
For TVs larger than 65 inches and installations higher than 180 cm, a site survey will be conducted, with extra charges starting at $200. These fees cover additional labor, insurance, and specialized equipment for elevated installations.
Refund and Exchange Policy
Q: Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied with my TV?
A: We understand that situations may arise where a return is necessary. You may request a return if:
- You received the wrong item.
- The product does not match the website's specifications or description.
Return requests must be made within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery. General return requirements include:
- Proof of purchase (invoice number and receipt).
- The product must be in new condition, returned in the original unopened packaging with all accessories, manuals, and free gifts.
- The product must not have been used or installed.
Non-returnable situations include:
- Opened packaging (regardless of who opened it) if the correct product was received.
- Installed or used products.
- Change of mind, including size or model changes.

- Delivery charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- Refunds are processed via the same payment method and may take up to 14 working days.

A: Yes, our smart TVs come with:
- 3 years of limited warranty for the TV.
- 1 year of limited warranty for TV stands.
- 6 months of warranty for the remote control.
- 3 years of limited warranty for the wall mount
Q: Do I need to register to get APPSTV warranty?
A: No registration is required! For your convenience, our warranty is automatically tied to your order number and email. We do recommend that you keep a copy of your invoice or alternatively, you can take note of your order # so you can easily refer to it should the need for warranty claim arise. Or you can log via your email address
Q: If the TV is under warranty, how can it be repaired?
A: If your TV encounters an issue during the warranty period, contact our customer service team, and we will arrange for the necessary repairs.
Q: What does the warranty cover?
A: The warranty covers hardware failures but does not include man-made damage, accidental damage, or damage caused by force majeure events.
