The Service, as well as all products and services delivered to you through the Service, are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis unless otherwise explicitly stated by us. APPSTV, including our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, or licensors, shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, savings, data, or other damages. This limitation applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise. In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not allowed, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

 


 

SECTION 14 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless APPSTV from any claim or demand arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or rights of a third-party.

 


 

SECTION 15 – SEVERABILITY

If any part of these Terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted, and the unenforceable part shall be severed from these Terms.

 


 

SECTION 16 – TERMINATION

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.

These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.

If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).


 

SECTION 17 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and APPSTV and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and us.

 


 

SECTION 18 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

 


 

SECTION 19 – CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates on our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.

SECTION 21 - RETURN POLICY

To ensure a smooth and satisfying purchase experience, please review the following Pre-Purchase Checklist before finalizing your order. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact our friendly support team for assistance:

· Product dimensions and measurements have been checked to ensure the item will fit in your intended space.

· The TV bracket chosen is suitable for your wall type (refer to SECTION 23 for more details).

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Should any of the following situations occur, you are eligible to return your order:

· You have received the wrong item in your package.

· The product does not match the website specifications or descriptions.

Return requests must be made within seven (7) calendar days from the delivery date. General requirements for returns are as follows:

· You must provide proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt).

· The goods must be in new condition and returned in the original, unopened packaging along with all original accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificates of authenticity) and any free gifts received with the product.

· The product must not have been used or installed.

Please note the following non-returnable conditions:

· Opened packaging (regardless of whether by the installer or purchaser) when the item(s) received matches the purchase made.

· Products that have been used or installed.

· Change of mind requests, including but not limited to upgrades, changes in product size, or requests for other types of monitor arms/stands.

· Mounted TV brackets.

If your return meets the above requirements and you wish to proceed, please have your order number ready and email us at support@appstv.com.sg Our customer service team will verify your return reason and, if your request is valid, arrange for the return.

Important notes for all purchases:

· Refunds will exclude paid delivery charges (if applicable) in the case of any order cancellation.

· APPSTV reserves the right to reject any return, exchange, or refund deemed unreasonable or unfit.

· Refunds will be processed using the same mode of payment as the original purchase.

· If any discount codes or promotional vouchers were used, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly, i.e., only the final amount paid will be refunded.

· If delivery charges were paid and delivery has taken place, the refund will exclude these charges.

· Once approved, the refund may take up to 14 working days to reflect in your account, depending on the payment mode and the processing time of the payment gateway or bank.

 


 

SECTION 22 - SHIPPING POLICY

For all Pre-Orders, the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) will be indicated on the respective product page.

For Pre-Orders of TV Set-Ups:

· Once the product arrives and is ready for shipping, our team will contact you to arrange delivery.

For In-Stock Items:

· TV Stands*: Please allow 2-4 working days for these items to be shipped, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

*This applies to TV Stands with the "Delivery Only" option selected.

· TVs / TV Stand Assembly^: Please allow 2-4 working days for our delivery partners to contact you for delivery and/or installation arrangements. These will be delivered separately from your Monitor / Monitor Arms purchases.

*TV Stand Assembly applies only when the "Deliver + Assembly" option is selected.

· Contactless Deliveries for In-Stock TVs: Please allow 2-4 working days for shipping (unless otherwise stated on the product page).

 

APPSTV aims to ensure a smooth shipping experience, with regular updates on product availability and delivery arrangements. For any further inquiries about shipping and handling, please contact our support team.

 

 


 

SECTION 23 - TV/Mount Installation Terms and Conditions

1. Wall-Mounting Height Limits:

TV size up to 65 inches: Limited to a height of 180 cm from the bottom of the TV.

Additional height charges apply if exceeded:

§ 181cm to 220cm: $20

§ 221cm to 260cm: $40

§ 261cm to 300cm: $60

For TVs exceeding 65 inches mounted above 180 cm, a site survey is required with charges starting at $200, covering labor, insurance, and specialized equipment.

2. Readjustment Fees:

If a readjustment is requested more than twice during installation using a APPSTV wall mount, a $30 fee applies:

§ First installation: Free

§ First readjustment: Free

§ Second readjustment: $30

3. Repositioning Fees:

$50 for reinstallation of brackets for 43" to 65" TVs.

$100 for 75" and above.

This includes a 1-year warranty and coverage for product damages.

4. Extended Onsite Support Fee:

A $20 fee applies per item for after-sales service requests that incur additional labor or express services.

5. Staircase Charges:

$10 per level for 75" and below if the elevator is unavailable.

$30 per level for 86" and above.

6. Packaging Unfit for Lift:

$200 fee if the packaging does not fit in the lift, covering equipment and labor for delivery via alternative methods.

7. Change of Delivery Date/Failed Delivery:

A $30 charge applies for rescheduling or missed deliveries.

8. TV Disposal:

Old TV Disposal is not available.

9. Recommended Wall Types for Brackets:

Warranty void if installation is not on recommended wall types:

§ Concrete, wooden, marble, tile, stone, and brick walls are supported for TVs up to 100 inches.

§ Partition walls require specific thickness for stability. Wall enforcement

10. Special Wall Installations (e.g., marble, tile):

There is a $60 charge for drilling into special materials, such as marble or tile, as these installations require diamond drills and extra care. APPSTV reserves the right to decline work on these surfaces unless the owner agrees that APPSTV will not be liable for any potential damages.

11. TV Setup and Cable Management:

Basic setup and training provided, but advanced cable management or personal TV settings (e.g., picture, sound) are not included unless pre-arranged.

12. External Equipment and Wiring:

Setup of external devices (e.g., soundbars) is not included, but basic reconnection of existing cables is.

13. Hidden Pipes/Wires Liability:

APPSTV is not liable for damages to hidden pipes or wires unless the customer informs the installation team beforehand.

14. Damage Reporting and Compensation:

Customers must document and report any damages within 24 hours with detailed photos and videos. Any alterations to the accident scene may impact the investigation outcome.
